This was designed for a customer and used by Breenhomes for two months as a showhome.
It was designed with a family in mind and to fit a tight town section. The use of plaster, linea and cedar has worked really well and tied the home into the Central landscape. This home is a great size for a growing family and has nice flow to a covered paved outdoor area. The office nook is close to the family area, ideal for homework etc. This home is heated with an inbuilt logburner and ducted heat pumps.
