Step by Step
STEP 1: PLAN & DESIGN
First step is to discuss ideas and get a clear understanding of your building requirements and your budget. What style do you prefer? What space are you after?
With those in mind, we need to visit where you want to build. If you have already purchased some land, we will visit your section and spend time to analyse your limitations and opportunities to get the most out of your site. If you haven’t, we can advise you on some of the best blocks in the region.
After visiting your site, we will work with you to realise your vision and advise you on things like the best position to face your home taking into account things like sunrise and sunset. Understanding your lifestyle requirements is also key at this stage.
At this stage you then may want to tweak or modify your chosen design, which we can do and present to you.
STEP 2: CONFIRM & BUILD
After conceptual plans are ironed out and you are committed, we then proceed to finalising your working drawings.
With the plans confirmed we can then start discussing your interior needs with our in-house interior designer.
Once this is agreed, a fixed price contract is created and signed.
After we receive the necessary consent to build, the construction of your dream home starts to become a reality. A timeline is drawn up to provide an estimate date of completion and we keep in regular contact with you to provide updates and photographs of the progress being made.
STEP 3: MOVE IN & ENJOY
Once construction is completed and final checks and inspections made, your new home is prepared for your arrival.
Once all the small details are checked and inspected by our quality control team, we then invite you to view your new home for an inspection.
Once you are happy and code of compliance has been issued, we present the keys.
With that completed, you are ready to start your new chapter and enjoy your new home.
